Consumer Right to Cancel If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period. Exception: Used Wangsit Cannot Be Refunded Wangsit (digital spiritual credits) that have been used or consumed to access our services cannot be refunded. Only unused base wangsit remaining in your account balance at the time of cancellation request are eligible for refund. This policy prevents fraud and abuse where users consume services and then request refunds. Bonus Wangsit Policy: Bonus wangsit received as part of promotional packages are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon refund request. Only the base wangsit you purchased (excluding bonus) are eligible for refund. Refund Calculation Method: When you request a refund, we calculate the refund amount based on: 1. The base wangsit you purchased (excluding any bonus wangsit) 2. Minus any wangsit you have already used 3. Multiplied by the price per base wangsit from your purchase All bonus wangsit are automatically forfeited and excluded from refund calculations. Example: If you purchased the 100 + 50 bonus wangsit package for $10: - Base wangsit purchased: 100 - Bonus wangsit received: 50 (forfeited upon refund) - Total wangsit in account: 150 If you used 20 wangsit and request a refund: - Remaining wangsit: 130 - Bonus wangsit forfeited: 50 - Refundable base wangsit: 100 - 20 = 80 - Refund amount: 80 wangsit × ($10 / 100 base wangsit) = $8 The refund is calculated based on unused base wangsit only. Bonus wangsit are considered promotional items and cannot be refunded. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us at support@dukundigital.com using the same email address you used to purchase the wangsit. Refund requests from different email addresses will not be processed for security reasons. Please include the following information in your refund request: - Order date - Package purchased - Reason for refund (optional) We will process your refund request within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to you via email.
